The client / customer is solely
responsible for providing the correct billing and shipping address
to ensure proper processing of all orders and timely delivery.
In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided,
the carrier (FedEx, UPS) may charge a fee to research the correct
address for delivery. In such a case, the client / customer
agrees to reimburse EnergyPlates.com for this additional
fee.

offers five (5) methods of payment for good and services offered
on the site:

You can place your order using a credit card number online,
via fax or by telephone. If you prefer to order using
a credit card via fax, please print and use our Credit
Card Fax Order Form. All credit card transactions
will appears as charges assessed by Nature'sAlternatives.com
on your monthly credit card statement. The shopping

NOTICE: All checks and money orders must be made
out to Scot Brown. For money orderers, we prefer US Postal Money Orders. All
other money orders and checks may require 10-14 days waiting
period for funds to clear. There are two order forms
available for ordering products from EnergyPlates.com.
The first is a complete printed inventory of all products
carried on the site. The second is a shorter "blank" order
form, which allows the individual to fill in the items
of interest. These order forms can be

EnergyPlates.com now accepts payment using checks
by fax. Simply print the order form of your choice from
the Order By Mail category above along with the easy-to-use Fax Form.
After completing the order form and attaching a signed check
marked 'VOID' to the Fax Form, you will be prepared to submit
your order via fax. Simply fax these forms to EnergyPlates.com

That's right! EnergyPlates.com can now accept orders
paid using checks via the telephone. New banking laws and
software now offer customers the luxury of paying by check
while enjoying the instantaneous purchasing power of a credit

to submit your order. Please have a check available for
payment. You will be required to present information contained
in the check for the processing of all orders.

CHECKS BY EMAIL
For the fastest method of ordering without a credit card,
you can now submit orders with payment by check directly
via e-mail. This can be accomplished by utilizing the form

Center.
By filling out the form available on this page along with
the items ordered, you can send your order at e-mail speed
to be processed immediately. Additionally, you can send
a scanned image of a signed check marked "VOID"
as an e-mail attachment to

International
Orders
International orders will be
gladly accepted. Please note that all duties, taxes, permits
or licensing necessary to receive products, etc. imposed by
the destination country are the responsibility of the Recipient.
In addition, please check in advance to be sure your country
will allow importation of nutritional supplements and other items you wish to order prior to ordering
such items. If shipment is made to a destination country and delivery is delayed, denied or otherwise interferred with, receipient agrees to continue to be liable for the entire cost of the items shipped and the cost of shipping fess unless relief is granted in the form of a claim by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, US Mail, etc.). Any additional fees required by customs or any other governing agency will be the responsibility of the receipient. In the event the shipment is returned for any reason, recipient will still be responsible for the cost of shipping charged at the time the order is placed and said shipping fees will not be refunded. fee. You can also pay for the additional shipping feed using
a credit card via fax by printing and using our Credit

ORDER BY MAIL
All international orders placed by mail must be accompanied
by payment in US Funds. This can be accomplished using international
Money Orders in US Funds or Traveler's Cheques in US Funds.

A flat $6 fee will be assessed
for the products shipped in the United States of America, unless otherwise
indicated. Additional shipping fees may be assessed for delivery
to APO military addresses or for express delivery orders. International
orders will incur additional charges for shipping according
to weight. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase,
your total shipping fees should be calculated by the shopping
cart automatically. Simply choose your shipping preference
and the amount necessary to ship your order will be added to
your total cost. EnergyPlates.com will ship orders
throughout the world and continental United States using FedEx,
UPS, and the United States Postal Service at the discretion
of EnergyPlates.com. If you have special shipping needs,
